Buenos Aires, Dec 16. A 20-year-old man was found dead on Tuesday at Punta Carrasco, at the mouth of the Ugarteche stream, after entering the water with minors, who were rescued. According to a source to the Argentine News Agency (NA), personnel from the Prefecture, City Police, Firefighters, the Caballito Special Rescue Group (GER), and SAME are at the scene to assist in the operation in the fishermen's area. The operation is being carried out at Jerónimo Salguero and Avenida Costanera Rafael Obligado, where SAME attended to and rescued four minors, aged 12 and 15, at the scene. However, the adult who had entered the water with them was being intensively searched for by Prefecture personnel, who shortly after found the young man's body. "Members of the Caballito GER collaborated to place the body in a basket and lift it to the shore," they reported.
